      A chaotic environment driven by fear and confusion

      Pros

      Things surely can't get any worse. This place would have limitless potential with the right Senior Leadership Team in place. With the current CEO departing soon, hopefully her successor will make sweeping changes at the top so this place can realise it's potential with strong leadership who communicate effectively and honestly.

      Cons

      Truly awful EMEA (mainly UK) Senior Leadership Team who communicate terribly - even between themselves. Toxic personalities who are rude and disrespectful but who seemingly are never held to account for their loathsome traits of ruling with bullying and ruthlessness, all while trying to conceal their own inadequacies as alleged leaders.
