Comp Plans are awful, Senior leadership accountability lacking

Day-to-day folks are a pleasure to work with. Love being a leader of people.

Cons

Recent comp changes for managers and soon to be sales reps is awful. VPs/Seniors are held to little to no accountability. Front line takes the blame.
