      Pros

      Challenging fast paced IT environment. Outstanding co-workers, lots of opportunities to succeed. IT Management is very supportive and shows concern for employees well being

      Cons

      sometimes too much going on at once. The employees have to be able to manage many tasks at once so if that is not to your liking then Insight may not be a fit for you

      Great Manager Cheap Company

      Pros

      I had an excellent Manager, Rodney. Possibly the most honest man I've ever worked with. It's IT services of all kinds, so if you like that kind of thing it could be a pretty good job. The downside is I know I was one of the higher paid technicians and I still made 15k/year less than a person would need to have a one bedroom apartment ANYWHERE in northern IL. You can't afford it even with no car payment, no debt, and not even going out, ever, to do anything.

      Cons

      Basically, they pay so little for highly skilled work that you'll have to keep living with your parents just to get by. Pretty demoralizing.

      Pros

      Long time employee, 15+ years. My fellow teammates are extremely talented, competent and a joy to work with. Management does a fine job of hiring top notch talent. Work load is high and challenging. Management has improved tremendously on how they treat the employees recognizing the demands that are placed on them and showing genuine concern on your well being. Insight is constantly working on improving the teammate/manager relationship

      Cons

      total benefit package could be better but I would guess that is a common "con" at many companies
