Pros

The team reporting to me did a great Job and was very hard working. The Technical team was extremely competent and was always willing to answer questions.

Cons

I was terminated from my position for “Performance” I was past 90 days and had no negative reviews or disciplinary actions. Insight does not care about it’s people that work for them and do not follow their own policy.

Pros

Decent benefits, fertility coverage just upped to $25K lifetime max, bring your dog to work days, and some flexibility depending on role.

Cons

Remote work is a thing of the past, along with Marketing's offer of 4-day work weeks. The new CMO came in early 2024, and with her onboarding, she let go of several incredible Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers to make room for all of her colleagues she would quickly bring on thereafter. She removed long-standing benefits and flexible workplace perks like the 4-day workweek, working 4, 10-hour days. She has also overseen massive marketing organization restructures that have left teammates feeling burned out and worried about their roles. Unknowledgable about what their new roles will amount to in her overall new goals and structure. The poor Partner Marketing team continues to be picked off little by little, and less focus is on the partner community more than ever. The goals are completely misplaced with brand priorities, while the company continues to spiral downward with stocks and revenue. What was once a great company to work for with an awesome culture truly living our their Heart, Harmony and Hunger values is now an incredibly low-morale workplace rooted in politics by the c-suite leaders (who all joined from IBM). Do NOT join this company!

Pros

PTO Hybrid Paid parental leave

Cons

The company has done an obscene amount of layoffs over the last 2 years. My region used to have 22 employees, now has 4. That number was dwindled down through 4 separate waves of layoffs. The pay is NOT competitive. The culture IS competitive. Management and higher ups seem to only care about metrics, value, profit, etc. The pipeline is struggling and the projects employees are getting put on are dumpster fires. However, we're told "you're at insight because you're the top of the top. Everyone here is worthy of insight excellence." The culture is do more, with less, because that's how "amazing we are". Truthfully, they need profit and are struggling to get clients. They have dwindled down the US team via layoffs, only to hire a ton of people over seas. It's brought morale of the company down.
