      Company Going Downhill

      Pros

      For years, I loved my job and my company. Great and knowledgeable team mates, help and support available and remote working was a plus. That all changed when the new CEO came onboard

      Cons

      Constantly changing bonus structures to make commissions impossible to reach. Firing older (read "expensive") talent and off-shoring jobs means no one knows what they're doing anymore and everyone is scared for their job. Getting rid of all the core competencies to chase a new direction. Great for shareholders and awful for everyone else. Clients and staff leaving in droves for more stability and knowledge

      Relatively healthy culture, lofty shareholder-impressing driven goals

      Pros

      Most every leader here cares about their coworkers, pretty solid benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is LOW compared to the exact same roles at competitor companies. Goals are pulled out of thin air to shout at wall street and draw in investors, you can't chase record-setting growth numbers forever, if you haven't noticed, the economy is in the toilet.
