Pros

The culture and executive leadership team are the reasons I love working for Insight! I wouldn't be where I'm at in my career without Insight taking a risk on me regarding upper-level management. Insight truly invests in you as a teammate, and my experience on the manufacturer side was very different.

Cons

Sometimes the number of partners we work with can be overwhelming due to the different policies and guidelines that have to be followed.

Best Company I have ever worked for!! This company truly lives their values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony... (and having fun!) I've worked in very hierarchical cultures for my entire career and assumed that was just how it would always be. When interviewing at Insight, every single person I interviewed with and met was so Joyful (that is the best word to describe their love for the company, the people and their work). I thought there was no way it would last, must just be an interview tactic. IT HAS LASTED - every single day I am so grateful that I chose to become a part of this amazing company. Every person I have worked with loves the company and is so open to working together and sharing information. There is no fear of sharing ideas or feedback - the input is always welcome and desired. I am amazed at how easy it is to work with higher level leaders and how open they are to meaningful discussions. They honestly want everyone to bring their ideas and to work together for our clients, our company and each other!! I also love that this is an international company - such a great experience to learn from and partner with people from all over the world. I worked in leadership at other companies and never met the CEO - Insight's CEO is such a people focused person. She is at all the company events and truly enjoys building relationships with all the leaders and teammates. Great Place, Great People, Great Work!

Some opportunities to modernize the tools to support our work. But we are on our way in this area.

The people. From the top leaders all the way down - the values and culture of the compare are top notch. It's a dynamic landscape with opportunities throughout the company.

Cons

Its dynamic. Sometimes it requires employees to adjust in process and effort. The company supports dynamic change, but its not everyone's cup of tea.
