      Great team members, hardworking and helpful.

      Cons

      Management is very reactive vs. proactive in terms of strategy. Employees are referred to as "head count" rather than human beings.

We have built our team on our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony and offer a well-rounded leadership and management training courses to support our leaders. As a result, we have found that our teammates give positive ratings of their leadership team and managers in our quarterly satisfaction surveys.       Very good family work balance.

      Cons

      Unrealistic quotas. Constantly changing management. A slave to last quarters results. No long term vision from upper management

      Pros

      Very professional environment. Management is definitely focused on growth and on improvement, which was nice to see. There are regular one on one's and team meetings, so employees always have a chance to voice their opinion.

      Cons

      Although teammates have a chance to voice their opinions, there is a disconnect between management and staff. The environment is also very segregated as there is not very much collaboration between teams.
