      Pros

      This company has best Environment and best management. Managers that easy to work with. We are treating each others like a Family. We also have Hunger, Heart and Harmony in this company.

      Cons

      I think the CONS that I have right now is the alignment of salary for Tenured agents as before we are under PCM BPO LLC and Insight acquired us.
