And then they just randomly changed the commission payout schedule from every 4 weeks to every 6 weeks without a single care for how this will impact employees and their families in this horrible economy. We all rely on commission checks at the end of each month to pay rent/mortgages at the beginning of the next month. We barely got any notice about this change so now many of us won’t be able to pay our rent this month. With base pay so low, we can’t even pay our rent and basic bills based off those checks, so now some of us are facing eviction. News flash Insight execs, many of your employees live paycheck to paycheck in this recession. Randomly changing commission payouts means you leave your employees to flounder. It’s not our fault you decided to outsource your commissions and payroll teams to Manila and then didn’t properly train them so it takes them 5 weeks AFTER each month to get commissions straight. And to do it the same month that student loan payments restart is just diabolical. Absolutely disgusted with you at this point. No support even provided for your employees either. I gave a lot of my time and energy to this job over the years and now you’re forcing me to leave after I’ve made you some great money from my sales.
