Pros

If you are in Professional Services doing delivery projects like I was, its a great place to work. The managers are cool, the work was always fun (for me), and the pay was about on par. I ended up leaving for a competitor for the same position for 30% more. I feel like Insight is lagging behind on the pay range compared to the market.

Cons

None really. Insurance is kinda pricey as a HDHP, but with an HSA its not bad. They need to increase the salary range to align with the market.
