      Amazing people, great culture, lots of opportunity, fun place to work, great work/life balance

      I don't really have any cons...I love my job and all the opportunities I'm afforded.

      Pros

      My voice and opinion matter here. Every employee is valued, and it makes for a healthy organizational culture. Teammates truly care about each other and work together to reach goals. I love the collaborative atmosphere and the talented people who surround me. The flexible work hours are a plus, too.

      Cons

      Sometimes after-hours work is celebrated, which I think sends the wrong message. Thankfully, after-hours work isn't needed very often. This is a fast-paced environment, which isn't suited to everyone. If you like that, you'll do well here.

      Really strong, positive culture that is focused on our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony Lots of Autonomy Ability to test and learn and try new things An exciting time to be at the company with lots of growth, acquisitions and a really compelling strategy Lots of very talented people who enjoy working together

      Cons

      It's not a con for me, but anyone interested in joining Insight should be comfortable with change
