      Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, and Nothing

      Cons

      They keep calling me for job opportunities...they literally offered me from a salary perspective, the same salary that I made out of college, 6 years ago LOL. Why would anybody take a low ball offer? Either you don't value compensating your employees, or you're extremely margin constrained. Neither reason is good; would never accept an offer at trashy company like this.

      Pros

      I have worked at Insight for 10 years. Our leadership team has a true open door philosophy and are very transparent. We value career and personal development. Personally, my career has grown tremendously over that ten year span. We have a lot of fun at work, from Fuchsia Fests to Bring Your Dog to Work Days.

      The Team Makes All the Difference

      Pros

      Established firm with a growing international presence. Strong relationships with partners.

      Cons

      The company is an amalgamation of acquisitions and is fragmented as such. Some teams have excellent leadership, and others are poor. The team you join will make all the difference.
