Pros

Benefits are good. 401k. Used to be more pros but they quickly went away. Location is good. I don’t have any pros

Cons

Austin office leadership is the worst of the worst. Do not work here if you care about moving up in your career or making any $$. Extremely cliquey and toxic work environment, New leadership drove out all of the good employees. Basically a bunch of Dell leftovers who don’t know squat.

Pros

Apart from focusing on business outcomes, Insight places a lot of emphasis on physical & mental well-being of their employees. Fitness, yoga classes, onsite massage therapy, other fitness activities - all are built into the typical work hours. Why do they do it? coz they believe happy workers are more productive!

Cons

There is no real sales methodology mechanisms in place. We should learn off each other rather than re-inventing the wheel. People are trained & then let free on the sales floor with no real guidance & support. Newer reps especially feel more lost & fail to see the long term growth within the organisation.

I can't think of one.

Cons

Raise increases do not meet cost of living increases. Benefits could be better. The company is more concerned with Senior management then their employees.
