BULLIES, HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT I have never worked for a company that had the same concerns from numerous employees old and new and yet nothing is handled. I was bullied at work from my lead to director. When brought to HR attention a meeting was called and yet again was bullied HR did nothing. Was hospitalized due to the stress. Have been gone for almost two years. And have not been hospitalized since. I am blessed and will never go back. EEOC complaint has been filed.

No formal training, middle management not familiar with the work their employees are doing. Middle management engages in rumors. I was threatened by my manager not to go to HR. I had accepted a transfer and my manager made a point to tell my new manager an exagerated rumor to ensure no clean slate. New employees are told not to talk or associate with whoever is the target of the bulling at that time. HR is powerless against the office bullies.
