      Pros

      The culture is unbeatable! Heart, Hunger, Harmony are lived everyday. Management seems to always have the right intent. relaxed dress code, indoor parking, tons of activities, on-site cafeteria, lounge and Great overall facility. monthly forums where leaders take the time to connect with their teammates.

      vacation and benefits could be a little better

      Pros

      My boss is the bomb. Probably the best I've ever had. He always has my back.

      Cons

      Everything else. Culture was once great, now it's an "What have you done for me lately" mentality. Constant lay offs, lost contracts, low morale. Everyone I know is looking for other work. Medical benefits are awful.

      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home and a good handful of good employees holding on.

      Cons

      Sales compensation plan has changed over the years and makes it almost impossible for sales reps to hit every sales goal ! Currently geared toward the company to make money and the reps continually make less. Get rid of bloated management ! Too many failed sales reps as managers.
