Exciting place to work

Pros

Innovative clients trying to do big things, extremely sharp and friendly employees, collaborative environment that promotes learning and growth, involved with the community, and a commendable work/life balance knowing how demanding the work can be.

Cons

Recently got acquired by Insight, and has for the most part been a smooth and positive experience, but there seems to be a constantly changing org structure. No doubt it has to do with some big company names leaving and leadership needing to accommodate, but a cause for minor concern about where we're headed as a company. Not a whole lot of in-office culture, there's a disconnect from any sort of operations team such as HR or finance (as those people sit at Insight headquarters in AZ), and not the best experience with medical benefits/coverage (although this last point is claimed to be addressed starting in 2018 with a new provider).

Pros

I've never worked at a company like this one--the values are lived by everyone every day. There is always something happening, be it a step challenge, a contest or free food. Everyone is really invested in everyone else's success. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and personal development, and i enjoy working with all the teammates.

Cons

Like any sales-based organization, there are challenges. The work can be difficult, and there may be a bad egg here and there. but Overall, i really enjoy working there.

Pros

Challenging Great Culture The Austin site is up and coming - this means plenty of chance to make an impact! I genuinely look forward to going into work and being surrounded by hard working and driven professionals. I am part of the healthcare team and we are led by a strong manager with high expectations whom consistently leads by example.

Cons

Not the best benefits (dental/health/401k ) The Austin office is, simply put, not fun to look at! While the personalities in the building are vibrant, fun, and hard working, the decor and setup is just unappealing and does nothing good for the Insight brand. These things matter. Lack of in house resources from partners.
