      Culture; it's changed so much over the years and for the better! People; are the foundations of the company, there are some incredible teammates who are going over and above consistently Vision; under the new EMEA President, things and changing and feel like they're moving

      Silo behaviour in areas. Lack of consistency globally Processes and adoption, isn't consistent across the business

      We appreciate the review. It's important to note that many roles at Insight are bonus eligible and there are many opportunities for teammates to move into new positions internally. The ability to work remote and have flexibility in the working schedule is another benefit that Insight offers. Thank you again for the review.
