      Good culture, compensation can improve

      Pros

      Great diversity. Good open communication with leadership, at least from my experience under the procurement department. Strong female leadership encourages constructive feedback and gives credit where credit is due. Great work-life balance as well. My manager and sr manager are dedicated with their work but prioritize their family and it shows that they don't obsess over answering emails on days off or beyond work hours. I can shut off my laptop and not look at company emails when I've logged off for the day, gives immense peace of mind.

      Cons

      Leadership can provide more technical training. Employees tend to be closed off on knowing other departments' procedures and keeping to just their own. In my opinion, knowing how others do their work is knowing how that will affect you and your tasks. Overall it should help with the individual tasks if you know who does what and where to go for help.

      Care significantly about their people. offer lots of great benefits.

      Cons

      Unclear on their strategy and how to achieve it. Continue to stumble around the same activities without committing to a direction. Jack all trades master of none comes to mind.
