Great Company if you are looking to go into IT Sales

- The Company culture is amazing and you will feel supported by everyone inside the organization and by the external partners alike, since day 1. - Lots of Training. Aside from having your Foundations Training, you also receive a plethora of Training sessions with some of the leading brands in the Industry. You can do more on your own and receive Certificates and badges that usually come with a price tag, but since you are part of Insight you have access to them for free. - You get to learn from seasoned veterans who are willing to share knowledge and support new and young talent.

Cons

- The job position is challenging and is not for everybody, if you do not like to cold call customers and handle objections on a daily basis during the first part of your journey, this might not be the best position for you to consider joining Insight.
