Pros

- Growing skillset - Learn about new companies and wat they do

Cons

I've been here since 2021. Started out great, or so it seemed. Slowly seen what they were doing. - Hiring more off shore. - Letting go of more USA agents. - Turns manager's into brown nosers. - Lie to you on why you're being let go. - Hires a lot based on DEI and then let's them go. In turn messing with people's livelihood.

Pros

You get a computer You get InsightGPT to re-write your resume You get to wear stuff that's Fuchsia You get to watch your co-workers getting let go with no warning, every quarter now for the last two plus years, since the management changed and the cronies also came in to destroy the culture You get a lot of time on the bench to spend getting training certificates on the technologies that you are not getting deployed to implement You get to call customers "clients" like they are magical unicorns You get paid less than if you were at another company You have sales excellence, so just there to make sure a lot of business that could actually help, never comes in the door You really don't have to worry about those "clients" coming back when you decided to not be a VAR to all, but to the select few, and they left to the competition (two less Teams call a week, thanks!)

Cons

You get your job off-shored, that you trained to continue getting paid, while you start looking for your next gig You might get a decent package Man, no more Fuchsia? Zero upwards mobility, they are doing selective promotions to keep some "key" talent around, they just don't want to see go to the competition Your commission rates and targets will be moving faster than a speeding bullet, good luck!
