      Terrible commission plan, once you hit your quote you can forget on hitting that again.

      Great Balance

      Pros

      Fantastic work/life balance. Gender equality. Sales pressure not as intense as most of rest of industry which means people stay longer

      Cons

      Commissions probably not on par with other LSPs Unless you're in a large office, there are few career opportunities

      Tough, technical and fun

      Pros

      Everybody is technical and driven. Bleeding edge technologies and projects are always occurring. Ability to do anything across the span of IT and grow every skill. A lot of internal growth areas and more cross training than I've seen anywhere else I've been.

      Cons

      Can be some long hours and weekends.
