      - Exposure to large vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc). - Learning about technology and licensing model for various products - Delivery of solutions for medium size and Enterprise business

      Cons

      - Extremely hostile work environment - Dysfunctional management - Corporate culture which reinforces lone wolf heroism and shuns group effort

      Great work life balance and relax environment. This place is a good place to start your career. Exposure to the corporate world.

      Cons

      Pay is not nearly as good as other companies with the same title. Try to kill you will kindness to make you stay.
