      Pros

      I worked for Insight Enterprises from 2007 to 2016. I enjoyed my job and the people I worked with. Benefits were good and we were able to work from 2 days a week.

      Cons

      I worked at a satellite office, so advancement opportunities were hard to come by. We were encouraged to take advantage of in-house training webinars but found the options, lacking.

      Pros

      Opportunity to grow your base business and salary. Benefits are good for individuals but not necessarily for those with families so I have heard. No direct experience with family benefit needs. Relationship building and networking opportunities are big leverage area for growth and success.

      Cons

      Internal business relationships and networking are very political. Same with clients provided. Helps if you already have outside contacts who are able to purchase and don't already have an existing account rep. God help you if you are coming in cold.
