      Growth path is slow. Merit increases are below expectations.

We are proud that we promote internally 50% of the time. We encourage teammates to work with their manager on their specific career development plan. Regarding merit increases, there is a variance to merit increases by teammate tied to a variety of factors, including job performance, market survey data and internal equity.       Pros

      Cutting-edge technology projects, excellent pay, great leadership. I love working at BlueMetal, as my experience has helped me grow in my career. The management team really cares about the success of the company and the people who work here.

      Cons

      I'd like more contact with senior management. Communication is good, but we need more! Overall, my experience has been very good, so not many cons to share, other than typical big-company red tape every once in a while.
