      Pros

      Insight offers a wide range of professional development. Managers have open conversations around career development and different paths potentially available to teammates. One of the larger reasons I stay with Insight is because of the culture and leadership. I would recommend Insight to any of my closest friends and family.

      Cons

      I do not have any negative comments to make about working at Insight.

      Good people but too much work

      Pros

      Good people, good systems, good support, able to work remotely for some positions, decent benefits, bring your own device policy.

      Cons

      Too much work for a forty hour week, no acknowledgment that there are too few resources for the amount of work and projects there are to do on a regular basis. Projects timelines are usually done by backing into the date that it needs to be done rather than looking at a realistic timeline.

      Company provides truck and equipment. Past service manager was incredible.

      Cons

      The past service manger is no longer the manager.
