      Pros

      Love the values this company stands for- Hunger, Heart and Harmony. Good work/life balance. I feel I am rewarded and recognized for a job well done. I feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, but nice that we have an onsite health center. Prices in the onsite cafe are a little expensive.

      We are thrilled to hear you love the work/life balance and all the recognition programs we have for teammates. As it relates to health care, over the past few years we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account ($500 for teammates, $1000 for families), an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy. Thank you for taking time to write a review.       As a current employee, I can say that I am very pleased that I chose Insight over other opportunities. Good work/life balance, environment and team oriented activities.
