      Pros

      Tickets, prizes, electronics, you alway win something if you're selling. Fun place to work, they try to keep it entertaining.

      Cons

      It's phone sales. If you're calling SMB, good luck to you, very tough when people don't know what IT is. Healthcare, IPS are great, they budget for IT and know it's a necessity.

      Pros

      Insight has all the components to be an outstanding solutions company including the ability to sell and deliver end-to-end technology (HW, SW, and Services). If this company can get it right it can grow double digits YOY. The potential is exciting.

      Cons

      The culture: High turnover, inability to execute, nepotism, lack of process given the complexity of the business, optionalism, reactive culture driven by partner investments, silos, infighting, lack of clearly articulated strategies followed by management accountability.
