      Senior managers need to open their eyes.

      Pros

      Bonuses are ok People there on the whole are nice

      Cons

      Some of the managers there didn't have a clue what they were doing and yet the senior management were oblivious to their utter ineptitude.

      Some good, a lot needs improving

      Pros

      Decent pay; they do feed their workers quite a bit; promote from within.

      Cons

      If you're not sales, you don't get any of the perks. The insurance plans are all high deductible, and not very helpful at all. No real onboarding process. Your training is pretty much left up to your manager and if your manager is busy, then too bad for you. High stress, but then most sales is.
