      Pros

      Nice pay and benefits, 150K HMO MBL (higher for supervisors and managers) + Group Life Insurance. Open to Work from home depending on department and position. Free training. GM and Top US executive has a regular round table session with employees. Equal opportunity employer.

      Salary alignment is taking longer than expected.
