Good place to work with great benefits and great people. Very inclusive work culture that encourages recognizing coworkers.

Cons

Large company which makes it hard to get noticed by higher level management. Hard to feel part of the company.

Amazing benefit structure. Always creates opportunities to move within the company, develop and excel. Bosses genuinely care about you.

Cons

Salaries could be a bit higher. Communication between management sometimes can be a little bit confusing.
