      - Good work/ life balance in the UK for Sales professionals - High level of autonomy and ability to create change - Lots of collaboration and passion at all levels to be successful and drive positive change - Strong strategy and a great board - Great environment/ flexibility for parents i.e. working hours for nursery runs, job shares, etc.

      - Commute into Uxbridge can be a little 'jammy' around rush hour
