Worst Software company I have ever been to

Managers and team leads are the worst and very lethargic. You will be always monitored by atleast 3 people and constantly they will be asking your resumes, skillset etc. Clients treat Indian employees like dogs and Lot of politics inside teams Hindi managers prefer Hindi team mates and lot of meetings happens in Hindi You are asked to deliver from day 1 1/10 rating

Cons

Don’t ever join this company No job security No team bonding Lot of politics Micro management Client centric approach Outdated managers Night shifts are biggest headache

Cons

Director and higher leadership have lost their positive effects on the company, C-Suite is consistently making decisions that negatively impact employee life. Tremendous gaslighting efforts by high-level leadership to say what's great about the company.
