      Great work-life balance Great benefits Competitive pay Cares about and invests in employees Access to cutting edge projects Performed well during covid and expecting a lot of growth over the next year

      Cons

      Sometimes the projects are harder than they need to be because they didn't involve SME's in the design phase

      Terrible Pay

      Pros

      As a contractor, they were supportive, willing to coach you, etc.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. For the majority of my time there, Insight was billing the client a huge amount of money, and only paying me 25% of the money they were billing the client. I'm sure I made someone very rich during my time there, but I didn't see much of it. Absolutely uncompetitive pay.
