Pros

Love the business process team. Specializes in m365 tools and the Power Platform. Great teammates. Great manager. Quality of life very hard to beat at other places.

Cons

No real cons. It's a consulting job so it's possible to handle many clients at once. Some PMs are a bit inexperienced or do not have technical knowledge.

Pros

Great Culture - I felt valued, invested in, and the company values lived frequently Remote work - no need to comment here Work Load - manageable workload. I work for the consulting division which present it's own problems when consistently working with new clients. Overall, I'd rate the workload 7/10 Great Employees - my team is awesome. they help out when I ask, give honest feedback, and try to make me better through constant education

Cons

I was hoping to get boarded into a company where they put me on a consistent career track. Insight does have this and they're very decent at helping you navigate it. However, technically as a software engineer I was hoping to stay with one or two languages through my duration of the company. I've been put on multiple projects that aren't my skillsets and told to 'drink from the firehose'. I'm learning a lot sure..... but I want to specialize in one or two things. In under 8 months I've been pushed into 4 different programming languages at different points. I get it though, my resume` will be beastly. But from an individual performance standpoint, I want to master something. Pay is fine for me now. We'll see in a few years how I feel. I've read that this has been a bit of a sore spot for our company. Solid benefits working for the company. The insurance part of the benefits could be better. Be ready for high deductibles even with their 'higher' insurance plan choice. For me, the pros outweigh the cons. I could see me growing with the company and staying around for 4-7 years. Then re-evaluating the growth, pay, and opportunities in the company and potentially looking else where if not satisfied. They've already given me a plethora of opportunity to grow and it is not a bad place to work by any means. Hope this helps
