Pros

I have seriously never loved working at a company as much as I love working for Insperity. Corporate actually cares, management is very encouraging and helpful with anything you want to accomplish professionally. The training is unreal and so comprehensive. I have loved my job and my company from day one and I have worked for companies before that seemed great at first and then turn out to be nightmares. This company is not one of them. They live their mission statement and are absolutely fantastic. Don't get me started on the benefits, they're the best i've ever seen. I love this company and I can't say enough how wonderful this place is.

Cons

My title doesn't get as many incentives as others. But what we do get is great, so it works out.

Pros

Innovative company and strong corporate management. Company has an abundance of tools and resources, and is very forward thinking.

Cons

This company provides mostly HR consulting services with managers very well versed in HR practices. But they just don't "walk the talk". I'm not sure if managers are just trying to be nice or avoid rocking the boat, but the (sometimes) constructive criticism is often delivered after an employee has failed with no time to show efforts to improve. It's HR 101 - there should be no surprises in a performance review, but unfortunately that is a frequent (bad) habit

Pros

Must be nice to be a new BPA hire. You’re making 10K more than your senior BPAs.

Cons

If you’re a BPA who was hired before the fall of last year anyone new in your office is getting a much higher salary. I’ve been with the company 2 years, had some success but recently found out all new hire salaries are 10K more. Unfortunately Insperity has decided not to up the salary of its older employees. Typically Insperity does well by their employees but I have a feeling they will be losing a lot of quality BPAs soon once this get out.
