Cult like littered with nepotism and arrogance.

Pros

Worked with some real good people that cared. Some services very valuable to small business clients. Allowance of community involvement.

Cons

Arrogance, favoritism, nepotism, uncomfortable religion inclusion in the workplace and lack of reality. Access to upper management was viewed as a privilege and not a right. That doesn’t speak to practice what you preach at all.

Pros

I do not have anything positive to say about the people I dealt with at insperity.

Cons

Those assigned to represent HR were sub-standard. They actually worked with management to manipulate and alter employee climate survey results and present partial truth in their report. They encouraged toxic management techniques and terminate key employees and supplied the henchman to infiltrate the company to carryout hostile bully tactics. Maybe nothing illegal but ethics and morals are not their strong suit.

Pros

good base salary, benefits, sales training good, volunteering with local community encouraged and rewarded

Cons

sold as an outside sales position but you have to be in the office for 18 straight months cold calling as a telemarketer. micro management makes it unbearable which leads to a very depressing office environment. leads are given to 1 or 2 of the manager's favorites while others continue to do the telemarketing on a daily basis. as long as the DM went on trip yearly nothing else mattered--quite bad, imho. DM lacked leadership and didn't offer motivation to sales force
