      Benefits Work from home occasionally Most people are nice

      Cons

      Houston region leadership is complacent. Don’t expect to get promoted unless you’re part of the chosen few. Managers are retaliatory and many are not experienced to lead a team of HR Specialists. Their primary focus is the bottom line and not so much compliance and giving best practice to the clients re employee relations.

      Training and support Good commute Work life balance Work hard / play hard culture A good team with some questionable teammates/ owners

      Cons

      In its current state the Equality of Managerial Ethics of the treatment of minority employees of color is questionable . Most employees there are very genuine but then there are a handful of individuals that let their insecurities lead to meetings behind closed doors with likeminded management and or employees.

      3rd World favoritism, nepotism, and good ol' boy network

      Pros

      Company is the pioneer in this industry. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Nepotism gone wild. Almost everyone with tenure in this company is somebody else's son, father, uncle, baby mama, etc. Salespeople get away with anything as its a big cult like atmosphere. Outsiders don't stand a chance. Company spends frivolously on things rather than pass on savings to customers.
