      Good company to get a start

      Pros

      As a Business Performance Advisor you learn a lot about the inner workings of businesses. It's a good role early in your career to gain exposure to many different types of businesses.

      Cons

      The product is very expensive. Many businesses don't need all the features...and can't afford it in a stagnant economy. Slow sales cycle. It takes most BPA's years to build up their book of business enough to make any money aside from the base salary.

      A good intro to PEO Consulting

      Pros

      You learn a lot and overall become a better hr professional. It's great working 100% remote.

      Cons

      My manager didn't understand personal boundaries and often crossed them. She expected 24/7 type of service to clients and encouraged staff to work on weekends and on their vacations. The turnover on her team was so high that I was always at 150 clients. She often threw her team under the bus in front of other teams. The culture feels really cult like.

      A lot of red tape, many layers of Management, most expensive PEO by far, some Managers have no idea how to be a Manager.
