Pros

People are nice, training is provided but how far does that get you when there are so many broken promises? Typical.

Cons

The payscale is subpar, another example of a company throwing the employees under the bus.

Pros

Met a couple of nice people

Cons

Insphere is full of empty promises. It is a huge numbers game for them, and people at the top are making money. I personally saw several long timers, managers get fired because they were drawing large residuals. Insphere will screw you over so fast you wont know what hit you. After working there over a year and they sent me a bill for over $2300 claiming them I owed them money for clients who did not stay on for at least 6 months. So if you do sell insurance you better hope they stay on the books. They keep track of what you make and pro rate your check based on annualized volume - so you could work there and end up owing them money.
