Remote opportunities and the managers are nice (even though they do not take your opinion seriously.)

Cons

Disorganized, under paid, increase workload without pay raise or promotion, It is a corporate bureaucratic mess in which everyone nods and smiles and agrees with the bureaucracy because they are afraid to get fired. Policies exist that are nonsensical and do not helpful to the customer, but they are set in stone by the bureaucracy (no one seems to know why). Culture of fear and compliance. CEO is non factor. Run.
