Pay was good with regular raises, good PTO, always shifts available.

Cons

Abusive working environment with unreasonable and conflicting expectations. Individuals are blamed for system errors. Manager response to every problem is to write someone up. Back biting and cruelty is the norm.

Great benefits, they do a lot for their employees. Bonuses, BBQs, Christmas parties. Friendly environment, there is plenty of room to grow throughout the company.

Cons

You have to use Inspira facility for Drs. and hospital visits or you will have to pay higher copays.
