Pros

While with the company, the employee resource groups are good and the company events are nice.

Cons

The company does not support it's employees - they SAY they do, but actions speak louder than words. Employees are fired just because someone higher up is intimidating or if a manager doesn't like a subordinate and the Human Resource team doesn't ask any questions or confirm lawful termination or fairness.. even if you are a tenured employy with rewards/recognition under your belt and top tier performance in all previous roles prior to a promotion!!! It is very sad and unfair for those employees who actually care about the company and have put in years of dedicated and hard work.

Pros

Instacart is starting to market the brand more so there is finally some brand recognition.

Cons

No one owns decision making. There are "too many cooks in the kitchen" but no-one to execute and drive a strategy in any of the departments. The company as a whole is very disjointed. A lot of frustrated leaders and frustrated teams. Resistant to change. Big communication gap between the top leadership and the rest of the company.

Pros

I learned a lot about excess workload and how to manage it. Some flexibility in scheduling Met some great people in my community

Cons

Management did not seem to value their team of staff whatsoever. I felt absolutely expendable despite tirelessly working and even helping bosses with their own job requirements. Job quality dropped greatly over the last year and no accomplishments were ever acknowledged.
