Pros

Amazing work culture. I consistently feel heard and appreciated in all aspects of my job. Completely remote yet I feel like I'm in the office with my coworkers! I truly enjoy waking up every morning and getting to work.

Cons

Changes happening consistently - however all start ups are about growth and changing.

Pros

+Flexibly Hours +Great Pay Not having to use sick time while moving is a huge benefit, I was able to take time off and flex in work. Being able to pack up and move across the country with having to hope that I will be employed where I landed next is the biggest thing. Sustainable employment opportunities.
