Cons

Most of it. I really thought I was apart of something. Remoye job, great Slack community, great Remote community. However it's all fake. They don't don't implement their own core values. There is little communication, little organization, little thought to promotion. They promote without any guidelines, definition, goals. They leave you hanging and fire you when you didn't do one thing you didn't even know you were supposed to do. Trying to get ahold of someone hire than you is so hard because they always seem to be in meetings. They don't communicate with the "customer" and have a solid plan before bringing in employees. This results in letting the customer take money back from your pay from a month prior with hours notice. They blame their employees for the company's problems.

Pros

Flexible Schedule, hands on training, great supervisors, and always constant trainings. They've got great communication and genuinely care about you.

Cons

The starting pay is great for $12 but they have other positions that do the same thing with a different job title for $15. Some of the jobs we get depending on the company they're partnered with you don't get OT unless approved which is rare so you can't work over you 40 hours and you do not receive time and a half during the holidays even if the contract and employee handbook states that.
