This company has the most amazing remote work culture. I’ve never felt secluded. They have so much to offer and every single employee has a voice. There are always events and a true sense of community. After leaving active duty military and really getting to experience the spouse life I found my forever home with a career I love

Open communication is a big factor in my life and the will for sure listen and do all they can to make your experience better not only individually but as a company all together they take ownership and continue to make changes to be the best company you could as to be part of Remote work 100% the fact I am able to work from home with all 3 of my kids ar home is amazing being a military spouse Ive lost the chances of having a job but instant teams has given me that opportunity Being a newer company there is always room to grow and build a career! I started as a RTM and now part of the internal side The family feel you have throughout the company is something lacked in others that ive got to be part of and witness being part of instant teams! To be part of a company that there's no discrimination what so ever is beautiful There are changes frequently but for the better and every change I've witnessed has made the company so much stronger not only as a company but between internal and remote workers
