Pros

Company culture was great and co-workers were incredibly smart.

Cons

Leadership doesn't know what they're doing, set terrible goals, and had very little communication or transparency around what was going on.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and for appreciating the team culture and camaraderie. In a fast-growing startup, working with smart people like yourself is so valuable. That growth, coupled with the pandemic, also pushed all of us to adapt quickly. We've taken your feedback seriously, and to help adjust to remote working, we've shared more leadership communication, such as more regular all hands and daily videos. Thanks again for your feedback and wish you the best.

Not worth it.

Pros

The pay was decent. Medical benefits were good.

Cons

Worst training structure I've ever experienced at a job. Management was overbearing, un-supportive, and inconsistent and they want you to have no work/life balance whatsoever. Don't be fooled by the "perks and benefits" of this role, it comes with many strings and loopholes. Office culture was non existent and expect favoritism from higher ups. If you thrive in an environment that has more changes in it's management, expectations, sales processes and comp structure than Celine Dion's outfits at a Las Vegas show, than this is the job for you.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience during your time here. You joined while we were growing very rapidly, and constant change and evolving policies came with that growth. We have invested heavily in our training stack with technology, tools, and group training exercises many times per week but we understand that everyone is unique in how they learn and we are sorry we missed the mark with you. It's good feedback for a young start-up as we will continue to enhance this for future employees. We appreciate your comments on quotas. As you know we have a seasonal business and we adjust quotas to those seasons. This is to ensure we have quotas that are reasonable to hit. As a result, we did see most reps hitting and exceeding quota sometimes by 2x and 3x. We strive to over-communicate any quota adjustments to help ensure a balanced commission plan to even out the swings in our industry. Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review and we wish you the best in your career.
