All depends on who you are working under. choose well.

Cons

No autonomy, Always short staffed, Staffs don’t stay, Not much can be said about culture, Onboarding and training is discouraging, poor appreciation, culture and did not encourage initiatives or actions that benefited the program . Poor support to get things done

management is disconnected. the higher up you go, the less they care about actual client needs. driven by census data rather than staff capacity.
