Pros

Amazing employees doing important work. Mission is inspiring.

Cons

Chaotic environment due to clueless top leaders who get in the way of the day to day good work of serving clients. High levels of turnover at all levels, including senior leadership.

Pros

Clients are great and appreciative.

Cons

HR sucks, management sucks, and work culture sucks. Awful place to work. Anyone that has stayed longer than 5 years has been complacent and "enjoys" working there because they do little to none. If you work here for more than 5 years in any of the health professions, it's a shame because you allow the bare minimum to occur.
