Pros

The upside is the people we serve.

Cons

The CEO has 99% turnover with his team on an annual basis. He does not get along with most people and is out for himself and his annual bonus, He and the CFO make sure they get their bonus every year by firing their "peers", hiring less qualified people for less money and adding extra responsibilities to their subordinates job descriptions. Then promise a title change and more money next year.
