Pros

The mission! Salaries have increased. Formal performance system. Merit increases. More employee focused HR department!

Cons

Poor worklife balance and top executives take forever to make decisions, often change their decisions, don’t set clear business initiatives or change throughout the year. They need to work more collaboratively and swifter.
